A program detailing the day's activities is available on site on the day of the Assembly.

Program
Stage 1: Departure from Valence at 7 a.m. by Grand Tourisme coach, 131 Avenue des Auréats (secure parking), with a stop in Montélimar for 7:30 a.m. at the Montélimar Sud car-sharing area.
Stage 2: In the morning, the Assembly begins with songs from the past and the present.
Stage 3: At lunchtime, either a tray lunch (optional) or a packed lunch. A special time for convivial exchanges.
Stage 4: In the afternoon, to take things a step further, we'll attend a historical talk followed by a musical evocation on the theme “From Galleyans to Galileans”.
For children, a fun activity is planned on the theme “Persecuted Protestants will be arriving in our region to settle here and escape persecution. Help us prepare for their arrival and settlement”.
Stage 5: We'll bring the day to a close with a final message full of meaning and reflection.
Stage 6: Return to Valence at the end of the day.

Additional bus stops possible, provided they are on the main route (Loriol, Bollène...).
